 March Break Camp for ages 5-10 years
 The North Woodside Community Centre will once again be offering a half day March Break Camp for children aged 5-10 years. Each morning we feature a new theme that is jam-packed with fun and interactive activities. On the last day of camp we celebrate with a morning at the circus. Face painting and a jump tent are part of this day. This is one March Break camp you don't want to miss. Daily themes are:
 
March 16th to March 20th

Monday - A Camping We Will Go
Tuesday - Crazy Culinary
Wednesday - Everything Games and Sports 
Thursday - Creatures of the Field Farm and Forest
Friday - A Day at the Circus

Youth Night for ages 7-12 years
 
Every Friday night the Centre opens its doors to youth ages 7-12 years. This drop-in is free. Come out and play your favourite video games, board games, air hockey and much more with your friends and meet new friends. Show your musical skills with  Rock Band. Once a month there will be a gym or movie night. Come out and enjoy a fun night out!

Creative Crafts for ages 5-7 years
 
This Creative Crafts program promotes imagination and creativity in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. Each Saturday afternoon children will be creatiing a craft project they can take home and share with their family.

Starts:  Saturday April 25- June 20, no class May 16
Time; 1:00-2:00 pm
Ages; 5-7   years
Cost:  $35.00 (8 weeks)
 
 
Cooking for Kids for ages 8-12 years

 This program is a hands-on class that allows children to gain confidence in the kitchen, try new food, and most of all inspire kitchen creativity. Children will work together to make recipes from scratch, learn about the different uses of utensils and how to properly measure ingredients, as well as how to follow proper kitchen safety and hygiene procedures. At the end of each class, each child will be able to sample the dishes they have made. On the final class, each child will be given a cookbook with all of the recipes made to take home. Help foster the inner chef in your child!
